See the Blueprint
“Business leaders are tired of short-sighted policies that don’t address the real challenges facing our state. They want future-focused solutions and leadership to position Colorado for sustained growth. Vision 2033 fills that void."
Loren Furman, Colorado Chamber President & CEO
Vision 2033 is the Colorado Chamber’s plan to improve our business climate and economic competitiveness.
The Colorado Chamber has created a research and dashboard function to serve as a data watchdog, monitoring Colorado’s standing across a series of metrics.
VISION 2033: BLUEPRINT FOR COLORADO'S FUTURE
Colorado is at a crossroads. While our economy is strong, there are serious warning signs threatening future growth. Key business and economic metrics are declining, and we must take the right actions now to secure our economic future and competitiveness.
Vision 2033 is the Colorado Chamber’s 10-year strategic action plan to foster long-term economic growth and resiliency. The plan lays out a blueprint for Colorado’s economy, determining key areas of focus and specific recommendations to create opportunity for all Coloradans.
In developing the plan over the course of nearly two years, the Colorado Chamber collected input by bringing together leaders in business, economic development, workforce, education, housing, and other community stakeholders to ensure statewide representation of priorities for Colorado’s economic success. Overall, the Chamber commissioned a competitive landscape assessment, conducted a series of polls and surveys on business leaders to outline major challenges and sentiments, and held regional meetings with local businesses across every corner of the state.
The result is a plan that identifies Colorado’s strengths, gaps and opportunities. Vision 2033 establishes where we are, where we want to be, and how we will get there.
