Participating in the Colorado Chamber Leadership Program has been an exceptional experience for me. It stands out as one of the most valuable programs I've had the privilege of attending. The firsthand access it provides to influential Colorado industry stakeholders and C-level networking opportunities is truly unparalleled. This program has not only broadened my perspective by introducing me to companies and organizations I might not typically engage with but has also deepened my understanding of the policy issues affecting their businesses, whether positively or negatively. I feel confident the connections I made within my cohort are ones I anticipate maintaining well beyond our graduation from the 2023 class.

Being a member of Leadership Colorado has been an extremely rewarding experience. Born and raised in the Denver area, it has provided some unique perspectives of some of the most notable companies I have always been accustomed to. For example, I grew up going to the Denver Zoo as a little kid but was now able to view the operation from the inside out and notably the business side of their operation. Further, Leadership Colorado has put forth some fantastic networking opportunities, not only with my fellow classmates, but with numerous executive level employees at each Company program. I am excited to be an alumnus of Leadership Colorado, and the opportunities it will continue to provide for me.

"For anyone interested in networking and learning more about the business environment in Colorado, Leadership Colorado is the premier program to do so. Over the course of nine months, the cohort will have multiple interactions to build their rapport as well as in-depth interactions with Colorado business leaders. Exposing young business leaders to these industries and other key issues within the state could not come at a more critical time. By being involved in Leadership Colorado and the Chamber of Commerce as a whole, we can make great strides in making Colorado a positive place for business once more."

"The Leadership Colorado program has been one of the most rewarding and valuable experiences of my professional career. The exclusive, behind-the-scenes view into several of Colorado's most successful and interesting businesses was eye-opening. "I loved my time in Leadership Colorado. Each month, we were given the unique opportunity to tour a different industry in Colorado—from energy and manufacturing to education and hospitality—and gain an in-depth understanding of what makes these businesses tick. Meeting with top leaders and hearing firsthand about the challenges and opportunities they face was eye-opening. The program dives deep into the intersection of policy and business, sparking meaningful discussions that helped me appreciate the nuances of each sector and the impact of state policies. Leadership Colorado not only broadened my perspective but also allowed me to build valuable connections with peers across the state. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to make a meaningful impact in Colorado’s business landscape."

"This is the best leadership program I've been a part of. The theme I found was that many industries look simple on the surface, but are an extremely complicated mix of ideas, people, challenges, and regulations. The complexity of each tour and being able to not only learn about each business, but do it with a great group of participants, was the best part."
