The 9th Annual Rocky Mountain Bird and Birdie starts with sporting clays at Colorado Clays in the morning and moves on to 18 holes of golf at Buffalo Run in the afternoon. What better way to bond with customers or team building for your own company!
Once again, the beneficiary will be Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA)-a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that funds and facilitates research to SLOW, STOP, REVERSE and CURE Friedreich’s ataxia (FA). Most people haven’t heard FA – it is a rare disease, affecting 15,000 people worldwide – so it’s difficult to obtain funding for research to find a cure. FARA is the world’s largest funder of FA research. As a result of their public-private partnerships and multi-stakeholder engagement practices, FARA has 20 different therapeutic candidates currently in their research pipeline, nine of which have reached the clinical trials stage.
