CACI has learned that the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) is planning to propose an increase in stationary source air quality permit fees during the 2018 legislative session. As a result, we have invited CDPHE Air Pollution Control Division staff to present their proposal to the CACI Energy & Environment Council to allow for discussion and feedback from CACI members. In addition, the Council will also discuss other CDPHE issues of interest to Council members and other potential 2018 legislation.
