CO Chamber & US Chamber Host Briefing on Federal Vaccination Mandate on Employers

On November 5, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published in the Federal Register its emergency temporary standard (ETS) that will require private-sector employers with 100 or more workers to ensure that employees are vaccinated against Covid-19.
The Colorado Chamber will host a call with Marc Freedman, Vice President, Workplace Policy, Employment Policy Division at the US Chamber of Commerce to provide an overview of the executive order and what companies need to know, including:
- Establishing a program to verify vaccination status
- Timeline
- Part-time and contract workers
- Paid leave
- Exemptions & testing options
- Communications to employees
