Law Week Colorado: Colorado Supreme Court Narrows Limitations Period for Minimum Wage Claims

The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled the two- to three-year statute of limitations under the Colorado Wage Claim Act applies to claims brought under the Colorado Minimum Wage Act.
