The second session of Colorado’s 75th General Assembly opened Wednesday, and Gov. Jared Polis delivered his State of the State address on Thursday to an in-person gathering of lawmakers and guests and an online audience.

On the subject of business, Gov. Polis claimed, “Colorado is the best place to do business.” The Colorado Chamber of Commerce recently released a report reiterating the 200,000 regulations in the state and a ranking as the sixth most regulated state in the country.
