Upper Arkansas Valley middle school students from public, private, charter and home schools are invited to apply until Feb. 3 for the National Civics Bee, a nonpartisan competition created and organized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
The League of Women Voters Chaffee County and the BV Chamber of Commerce are organizing this opportunity locally, according to a press release.
