Colorado Politics: Colorado Chamber of Commerce releases 2025 legislative agenda

The Colorado Chamber of Commerce has released its agenda for the upcoming legislative session, with a focus on scaling back the state’s regulation policies following a study that found Colorado to be the sixth-most regulated state in the nation.

“In our 2025 Legislative Agenda, we’re offering a package of bold solutions to get our regulatory climate under control and provide relief to the business community,” said Colorado Chamber President and CEO Loren Furman. “This includes reducing the current volume of regulations on the books and looking ahead to create more balance and transparency when passing new regulations. We’re thrilled to share these ideas with state leaders to make it easier to do business here in Colorado.”
