Faces Behind the Chamber: Lauren Stellman

The Colorado Chamber is recognizing members of our staff to highlight the hard work they do to be a unifying voice for business and champion a healthy economic climate to secure Colorado’s future.

As Events Manager for the Colorado Chamber, Lauren Stellman plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chamber’s mission. She helps execute signature events, manages event sponsorships, supports the Colorado Chamber Alliance and oversees the Colorado Civics Bee program.

Lauren’s favorite aspect of her work is the Chamber’s commitment to fostering growth, opportunity and a thriving economy for all Coloradans. She takes pride in contributing to an organization focused on making Colorado a better place to live and do business.

One initiative Lauren is particularly excited about is leading the Colorado Civics Bee program. With prior experience as a project manager for a local civics bee, she is committed to engaging students and inspiring the next generation of leaders to deepen their understanding of U.S. history and civic engagement. As a foreign-born citizen, Lauren finds it especially rewarding to contribute to building a more informed and active community.

This year has been one of exciting milestones for Lauren. She graduated from college in the spring, got married in the fall recently relocated from Craig to Denver as her husband continues medical school. Starting her role at the Colorado Chamber has been another exciting new opportunity.

Outside of work, Lauren is an avid pickleball player and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and camping with her husband. She also dedicates time to volunteer work, having served on boards and committees that support youth, community grants and nonprofits in her hometown of Craig, Colorado. Now based in Denver, she looks forward to finding new ways to give back to her community.

For Lauren, Colorado’s natural beauty and history hold a special place in her heart. Her favorite spot is Freeman Reservoir in the Routt National Forest, where she’s spent nearly two decades camping, hiking and paddleboarding with family and friends. She also recommends exploring Moffat County, with its wild horses, ancient canyons and untouched landscapes—a perfect destination for those looking to go off the beaten path for their next Colorado adventure.
