On August 22, Chamber executives and their board members from around the state participated in a training on the principles of strategic, high performing chamber boards, hosted by the Colorado Chamber Alliance.
The four-hour workshop led by facilitator, Kimberley Sherwood, explored topics such as the pillars of highly functioning boards, fiduciary responsibilities, and understanding the roles and responsibilities of the board, the executive, the staff and volunteers.
