The Colorado Chamber of Commerce announced the launch of Companies that Rock the Rockies, a program to highlight Colorado employers creating the best workplace culture for their employees.
“As the statewide voice of business, we know that Colorado’s quality of life makes it one of the most desirable places to live and we want to celebrate the companies setting the standard for what it means to work in Colorado,” said Colorado Chamber President and CEO Loren Furman.
Companies must register by Nov. 1 to participate. Participating employers will complete a two-part assessment; part one is an employer questionnaire about policies and benefits and part two is a confidential and anonymous employee engagement survey.
