The Colorado Chamber of Commerce will relocate to a new office building in June.
The Colorado Chamber leased the fifth floor of 1700 Broadway, part of the Atrium Campus, from Beacon Capitol Partners. The new space totals 6,739 square feet. CBRE facilitated the transaction on behalf of both parties. The organization has been in its current location at 1600 Broadway, which was about 500 sf smaller than its new space, for 24 years.
