A coalition of business leaders is committed to fixing Colorado’s talent gap, striving to make a strong, homegrown talent pipeline a reality with a development system that is both learner-centered and economically responsive. Launched in October 2023, the Education to Employment Alliance’s (EEA) network already reaches across the state’s 64 counties and represents more than 2,000 employers.
