The Colorado Chamber wants to recognize our amazing members that go above and beyond in their work to support our organization. Rachel Quintana with Ernst & Young has not only done a great job of representing the Colorado Chamber on the Sales and Use Tax Simplification Task Force during the interim, but she is also a terrific advocate for businesses at the state legislature.
Rachel brings over 15 years of experience regulating sales and use tax in the Colorado home rule environment. Not only has she brought her knowledge to the Chamber’s Tax Council, she took the time to testify in support on behalf of the Colorado Chamber of Commerce on important tax legislation SB24-023, a bill that holds tax payers harmless when the state has provided incorrect information. She’ll also provide valuable feedback that led to improving HB 24-1041, which streamlines sales and use tax administrative burdens for businesses.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Rachel Quintana for her commitment to protecting the interests of businesses and employees in Colorado.
