- Technical Assistance Offering (TAO) – subsidized Scope 1 Emissions Assessments to find GHG reduction opportunities and prioritize impactful projects. CEO is providing coverage of 70% of the assessment cost, or 100% cost coverage for applicants with a public net-zero target by 2050 or sooner.
