DBJ: The POWR Act takes effect: What does it mean for CO businesses?
In adapting to the new law, Colorado Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Loren Furman said it would behoove employers and their HR departments to acquaint themselves with the POWR Act and provide information and details in their employee policy handbooks. She added that when combined with other laws state legislators have passed in recent years, attorneys will have their work cut out for them.
