Updated Labor Law Posters and Written Notices
The Colorado Department of Labor & Employment has updated the labor law posters and written notices that employers are required to maintain on their jobsites. The posters and notices include:
(1) the wage-and-hour poster and notice required by the Colorado Overtime & Minimum Pay Standards Order (“COMPS Order”);
(2) the paid sick leave and public health whistleblower poster and notice required by the Healthy Families & Workplaces Act and Public Health Emergency Whistleblower Act

The requirements for posting and/or distribution to employees are detailed in Rule 7.4 of the COMPS Order, and Rule 4 of the Colorado Whistleblower, Anti-Retaliation, Non-Interference, and Notice-Giving Rules (“Colorado WARNING Rules”).
