Learn About Economic Impact of State Mandated Leave Program on You and Your Employees

Colorado Chamber of Commerce members are invited to learn about the economic impact that a 2020 ballot initiative creating a state-mandated family & medical leave program will have on employers and their employees.

Topic: Proposition 118 is an upcoming ballot measure that would implement a state-operated benefit program, allowing eligible employees to take up to 12 weeks off for qualifying leave such bonding with a newborn or for caring for a family member. Learn more about what Initiative 283 means for you and how it would impact the Colorado economy. The $1 Billion program comes at a cost to both employees and businesses.
