“We can’t kick the can down the road again. We’ve got to find a critical solution,” The Colorado Chamber’s Loren Furman said, explaining a growing sense of urgency among business and housing leaders that this is the year something must get done in order to add more lower-cost home-ownership options for young professionals and downsizing baby boomers.
“What we hear from our members is ‘If I can’t find a place for my workers to live, how can my company be here?’” Furman said.
