Legislation impacting Manufacturers
The Manufacturing Leaders Group (MLG) met on January 29th at Steven Roberts Original Desserts in Aurora. The group talked about legislation impacting manufacturers like HB14-1013, a bill that would provide grant money for internships with companies in the Advanced Industries. The bill is up for hearing on February 13th and a couple of MLG members, Tom McNamara with Foam Fabricators and Mark Welle with Wesco Laser, will testify in support of the bill.
