The Colorado Chamber Positions on 2025 Legislation

During the annual Legislative Session, The Colorado Chamber takes policy positions on hundreds of pieces of legislation that are introduced by members of the General Assembly.  The Colorado Chamber’s positions are determined through the active participation and expertise of the many The Colorado Chamber members who serve on The Colorado Chamber’s six policy councils which include:

  • Energy & Environment Council
  • Governmental Affairs Council
  • Health Care Council
  • Labor & Employment Council
  • Regulatory Affairs
  • Tax Council
