The Colorado Chamber Foundation, in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Daniels Fund, is proud to host the National Civics Bee® Colorado State Finals, presented by Kinder Morgan. This dynamic competition encourages 6th, 7th, and 8th graders to think critically about civic issues, develop solutions for their communities, and showcase their knowledge in a fast-paced quiz and public speaking format.
Featuring the top three winners from each regional location (Arvada, Buena Vista, Craig, Denver Metro, Eastern Plains, and Windsor), students will compete for recognition and cash prizes, with $1,000 for first place, $500 for second, and $250 for third. The state champion will also advance to the National Championship in Washington, D.C., on November 10-11, 2025, where they will compete for $100,000 in scholarships and other prizes.
The Colorado State Finals will be recorded and available as a taped broadcast on 9News at a later date.
