Mark Truax is a Senior Account Manager in Colorado with PAC/WEST, a government affairs and political consulting firm. Mark’s presentation will focus on the politics surrounding energy & environment-focused ballot measures, and the impact that highly controversial ballot measures and other factors may have on the political climate of the 2016 election cycle.
