The Colorado Chamber is proud to partner with Colorado REACH (Respecting Ethnic and Cultural Heritage), a nonprofit organization committed to educating and sharing cultural experiences, while assisting organizations through transformational growth.
On September 23, Colorado REACH will present workshops and performances by Pillsbury House Theatre to address microaggressions and unconscious biases in the workplace. Each Pillsbury performance blends music, drama, poetry and humor to explore microaggressions and unconscious biases that are common within business organizations. Performances are followed by small group discussions and strategy sessions that are guided by a REACH facilitator.
