Jennifer Altieri is the Vice President of Public Affairs for Atmos Energy’s Colorado/Kansas division.
Atmos Energy is the country’s largest natural-gas-only distributor. Its utility operations serve more than 3 million gas customers in 8 states. Altieri works out of the Downtown Denver office which serves as the headquarters for the Colorado/Kansas division.
Prior to her role in public affairs, Altieri served as the Director of Media Relations for Atmos Energy from 2012 – 2016, where she managed external communications and crisis communications throughout the enterprise.
Before joining Atmos Energy, Altieri, formerly known as Jennifer Ryan, served as a journalist and consumer anchor at the NBC affiliate in Denver, as the morning news anchor and reporter with the ABC affiliate in Colorado Springs, an evening news anchor at the Fox and CBS affiliates in Tallahassee, Florida, and as the weekend anchor and reporter for the CBS affiliate in Grand Junction, Colorado.
A native of Colorado, Altieri received a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Business/Journalism from the University of Denver.
