The Colorado Chamber conducted its General Election candidate interviews from July 8-9. Candidates were pressed on policy questions ranging from energy, housing and regulations to workforce issues and more. They were also assessed on their campaign strategies and willingness to reach across the aisle, seek compromise and work with the business community on legislation.
Every two years, the Colorado Chamber conducts an in-depth candidate vetting and endorsement process. This includes detailed analyses of candidates’ campaigns, fundraising efforts, legislative districts and voter performance history. The Chamber endorses both open seat candidates and incumbents from across the political spectrum who represent diverse interests statewide.
