DENVER – The Colorado Chamber of Commerce today released the following statement from President and CEO Loren Furman in response to Gov. Jared Polis’ 2025 State of the State address:
“We are grateful for Gov. Polis recognizing the Colorado Chamber’s work to pass meaningful regulatory relief in his State of the State address. Prioritizing this issue at the beginning of session demonstrates his commitment to reducing these unnecessary burdens on the statewide business community and we welcome his partnership to improve our economic climate. We also appreciate Senate President James Coleman and Minority Leader Paul Lundeen for highlighting the importance of streamlining government processes in their opening remarks yesterday. The Chamber looks forward to continued collaboration with leadership on both sides of the aisle as we work to bring forward an ambitious regulatory relief package to the State Capitol in the coming months.”
