Leadership Colorado Explores Lockheed Martin Space with Immersive VR Experiences and Panel on Business Ethics

This month, Leadership Colorado participants had the opportunity to visit Lockheed Martin Space where they gained insights into the company’s advanced deep space programs and innovative GPS satellites that have revolutionized navigation. The visit also focused on the importance of ethics in business, with senior members of Lockheed Martin Space’s ethics department discussing the development of an ethical code of conduct, leadership-driven training, and fostering a conflict-free work environment.

Participants were also immersed in virtual reality experiences which offered simulations of space capsule environments and Martian landscapes, and enjoyed exclusive behind-the-scenes looks at the Artemis and Orion projects. We extend our gratitude to Lockheed Martin Space for hosting this enriching experience and to Lockheed Martin employees/Leadership Colorado participants Chad Vorthmann, Teah Everette, and Jay Tamsett for their exceptional efforts in coordinating this remarkable program.
