DENVER – The Colorado Chamber of Commerce today announced it is relocating to a new office building in downtown Denver. The organization will be moving to the fifth floor of 1700 Broadway at the Atrium Campus effective in June 2024.

The new office will include a more collaborative workspace for employees, technology upgrades to better connect statewide Chamber members, additional individual office space to support team growth, and an expanded conference room with enhanced video and audio technology capabilities. These features will help facilitate the implementation of the Colorado Chamber’s 10-year strategic action plan to improve the state’s business climate.

“It’s fitting for the state chamber to call a building with such historic significance – Denver’s first modern high-rise – our new home,” said President and CEO Loren Furman. “This modernized office space will accommodate the Colorado Chamber’s recent growth and renewed strategic vision, enabling us to better support our members across the state. It was also important for us to remain in close proximity to the State Capitol to continue our advocacy work as the most effective voice of the statewide business community.”

The expanded office and meeting space will support the Colorado Chamber’s recent increase in membership growth and program participation, with largest membership base the organization has had in more than 10 years.

The Colorado Chamber has significantly expanded its programs in recent years, including the creation of new technology, legal reform, environmental, workforce and local chamberalliances that utilize the Chamber’s office facilities. The Chamber has also created several new staff positions to meet its growing needs and focus on major priorities, including experts in regulatory affairs, strategic initiatives and communications.

The Colorado Chamber has been in its current space at 1600 Broadway, one block south of its new building, for 24 years.
