The U.S. Senate is currently considering a proposal called the Protecting the Right to Organize Act (PRO Act) that would hurt businesses and could potentially overturn Colorado’s long established labor laws.
If enacted into law, the PRO Act would hurt workers, businesses and our nation’s economic recovery. It would force employees to pay union dues regardless of whether they support a union, threaten private ballots in union elections, and strip workers of their independent contractor classification.
