Micro-summits for The Colorado Chamber supported HB13-1165
Last year The Colorado Chamber and CMI Manufacturers supported HB13-1165, the Manufacturing Career Pathways bill. Since the summer Danielle Glover, CMI Program Manager, has been working with the Colorado Community College System to ensure the implementation of the pathway was what manufacturers wanted.
Starting this month, CCCS is holding micro-summits in Pueblo, Grand Junction, Montrose, Denver, and Larimer/Weld counties and collecting information from employers on what skills are needed in the regions across Colorado. Please consider attending one of these summits or sending a representative to ensure your voice is heard.
The letter CCCS sent to manufacturers with details can be found here. You can register for the summit in your area by clicking here.
