Ms. Brooks began her career in Atlanta, GA at a public accounting firm and then moved to ING Americas, spending eight years there and ultimately working her way to the Head of SEC Reporting. Subsequent to that, Cynthia joined QBE Americas, leading the financial planning/analysis team. After relocating to Colorado, Cynthia joined AAA Colorado in 2016.

Cynthia is the Controller of AAA Colorado (AAA). In this role Cynthia is responsible for all accounting functions including financial statements and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and tax compliance. Additionally, Cynthia is the Chief Financial Officer of Pacesetter Roadside Assistance (PRA), AAA’s wholly owned subsidiary. PRA is the largest roadside assistance and tow truck company in Colorado. With 20 years of accounting and financial planning/analysis experience, Cynthia knows the importance of utilizing financial results to understand what drives business.

Cynthia is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BSBA with a concentration in Accounting from Auburn University.
