Daily Mail: Western state branded ‘new California’ as tech companies flee amid rising regulation

Tech bros used to call Colorado ‘silicon mountain’ in a nod to its laid-back legal code, but efforts to regulate artificial intelligence are tarnishing the state’s business friendly reputation.

Some businesses are already leaving the state, according to a report published by the Colorado Chamber of Commerce last month that found a decline in publicly traded companies headquartered in the state.
