Jay C. Barry is the founder and CEO of CRJ Ventures, a certified minority-owned business specializing in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance and construction cleanup. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and service-based industries, Barry has grown CRJ Ventures into a trusted partner for government agencies, airports, commercial properties and educational institutions across multiple metropolitan areas.
Since founding the company in 2009, Barry has prioritized innovation, operational excellence and strong community partnerships ensuring high-quality, value-driven solutions. CRJ Ventures not only delivers top-tier cleaning and maintenance services but also provides a comprehensive line of equipment and chemical supplies to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

His leadership is evident in large-scale projects, such as managing a team of more than 100 employees at Denver International Airport. Barry recently became a partner in MySmartPlans in 2024, contributing to the $1.5 billion KCI Airport Project. A proud graduate of the University of Washington, Barry is a former national championship football player who brings the same discipline and drive to his career. He serves on the Denver Kappa Alpha Psi Scholarship Foundation Board and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in business.
