DBJ: Colorado Chamber seeks to curtail state regulation with legislative package

The Colorado Chamber of Commerce will enter the state Capitol in 2025 with new tools to tackle a regulatory climate that the organization says has grown out of control.

The chamber is pursuing a set of legislative proposals — likely three of them — that would curtail the number of business regulations in the state and help to ensure that new policies don’t add redundant burdens.
