Pueblo Chieftain: Does Pueblo have a contender for ‘Coolest Thing Made in Colorado?’

The Colorado Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for its third annual Coolest Thing Made in Colorado competition sponsored by FirstBank. The contest aims to highlight the vibrant and diverse manufacturing industry across the state. Nominations will be accepted through July 26, then an independent panel of judges will review the nominations and select the top ten finalists in August, crowning the winner on Oct. 17.

Western Slope Now: What’s going to be Colorado’s coolest thing?

The nominations for Colorado’s coolest thing made in the state are fast approaching. Loren Furman, president and CEO of the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, says it’s important to get your final submission in. “We have over 100 nominations that will come in and so those nominations are open right now. And we’re closing on July 26… for those nominations,” said Furman, whose company is hosting the contest.
