SecureSavings Deadlines Looming for Small Businesses

All Colorado employers who have been in business for at least 2 years, have 5 or more employees, and that don’t offer a qualified retirement plan for their employees are required by law to facilitate Colorado SecureSavings or another qualified plan. There are private alternatives to the state-run IRA plan.

Chamber member Fidelity Investments is waiving the implementation fee for all qualified small businesses in Colorado who sign up for Fidelity Advantage 401(k)SM during the month of January, 2024.
