Last week, our Leadership Colorado group had the opportunity to visit Lockheed Martin Space!
During their visit, they attended a Leadership panel comprising of Kristine Farley, VP of Enterprise Performance; Tonya Ladwig, VP of Human Space Exploration & Orion Program Manager; and Mike Patton, VP of Product Center. Maria Demaree, VP and General Manager and a Chamber Board of Directors member also joined the discussion. The panel discussed topics like overcoming change, common workforce challenges, and how their approach to attracting and retaining talent helps create a favorable and inclusive workplace culture.
After the panel discussion the group enjoyed a facility tour, exploring some of the remarkable work done at Lockheed Martin Space. Three current Leadership Colorado participants from Lockheed Martin – Charlie Crouse, Jamie Graham, and Michael Love – participated in the panel and gave remarks at our tour stops.
