We are incredibly fortunate to have Colorado Chamber of Commerce members who dedicate a significant amount of their time to the Chamber and its members during the Legislative Session. One of those individuals is Brooke Colaizzi with Sherman Howard.
Brooke has over 15 years of experience counseling employers on contract issues, workplace policies, employee relations, wage/hour, leave laws, wellness programs, independent contractor issues, and non-competes. She is an incredible resource to the Colorado Chamber and worked with our team on legislation that directly affects businesses of all sizes including Senate Bill 172 regarding workplace discrimination and Senate Bill 105 regarding equal pay.
She helped secure significant improvements to those laws through her collaboration with CO Chamber members, proponents, bill sponsors, testimony at committee hearings and her overall expertise on employment matters. Brooke also serves on the Colorado Chamber Labor & Employment Council.
