An organization called the Education to Employment Alliance in which the Colorado Chamber of Commerce is heavily involved is undertaking a survey to understand where the gaps may be in the current talent pipeline and what things that business and education can do better to ensure workers are being trained for in-demand jobs.
Please, if you can, take 10 minutes to fill out the attached survey about your current talent needs and your perspective on workforce challenges, as the responses will inform a coming report that examines this issue and the improvements that can be made. We ask that human resource directors, business owners or managers, or other individuals responsible for recruiting talent complete this survey by May 18.
