Colorado Family & Medical Leave Program (FAMLI) Updates and Webinars

In preparation for implementation of the state-mandated family and medical leave program, the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment has created a newsletter that includes FAMLI updates and opportunities to participate in upcoming webinars regarding the program.  As a reminder, premiums will be collected from all Colorado employers and employees beginning January 1, 2023 to begin funding the program and eligibilty for family leave benefits for employees will begin January 1, 2024.
