Colorado Chamber Members Recognized as Outstanding Places to Work

The Denver Business Journal has announced its 2021 Best Places to Work awards, and several Colorado Chamber members have been recognized among the top-rated employers in the state.

According to the Journal, employees at each participating company were asked to complete an employee engagement survey measuring 10 key engagement categories focusing on team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. Responses from each completed survey were compiled and evaluated, and companies were ranked and finalists chosen in each size category according to their overall score. Winners were chosen solely based on the results of the survey.

Colorado Chamber Silver Partner Pax8 ranked 2nd in the Giant business category. The company was also recently recognized as one of the highest-ranking businesses on Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021.

“Our employees are at the heart of Pax8,” Pax8 CEO John Street said. “Even through the challenging times, we stayed focused on preserving our strong connections and building new programs to enable our employees to connect virtually. In the last 12 months, we provided new job opportunities to more than 350 people in Colorado and issued more than 250 promotions. Maintaining our place on this list is important to Pax8, so we will continue enhancing our culture through new programs, initiatives, and benefits, providing employees a supportive and collaborative space to develop successful careers.”
