Rhonda is a partner in the State and Local Tax Services Group of RubinBrown LLP.  Rhonda consults with businesses on issues related to multistate income, franchise and indirect tax issues. This involves support on legislative, regulatory and controversy matters in multiple states. Rhonda’s range of experience encompasses everything from state and home-rule city audit process support, audit appeals, negotiation and litigation support, multistate planning, transactional analysis, refund reviews, taxability studies, voluntary disclosures, tax incentive analysis and tax credit studies. Her 25+ years of experience span the manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, service, software, mining and utility industries.

Rhonda also chairs the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry Tax Council, which represents all industries operating within the state of Colorado. This Council monitors and addresses developing tax issues, proposed legislation, proposed regulations and other matters. On behalf of this Council, Rhonda has testified on proposed legislation, commented on proposed regulations and addressed other concerns in order to protect and support industry. In 2012, Rhonda also initiated a three-year term as a Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry Board Member.

Rhonda served as the campaign treasurer for Colorado State House of Representatives District 23 Candidate, Rick Enstrom, and continues to serve as the treasurer for the Fox Hollow Ladies 9-Hole Golf Association.
