Leah staffs the Federal Relations Council, in addition to supporting the lobbying team where federal and state issues intersect. Leah joined CACI in April 2014 after working as a contract lobbyist on economic development and business environment issues, as well as representing clients in the telecommunications and financial services industries. Leah advised on energy, environment, labor and patent reform issues at the state level the last two state legislative sessions.

Prior to working in Colorado, Leah served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Mike Enzi in Washington, DC. Leah spent 8 years on Capitol Hill where she specialized in telecom, technology, business lending, financial services and housing public policy. Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming, while competing as a student-athlete.
