CACI Urges Congressional Opposition to "Card-Check" Legislation
January 7--CACI has appealed to Colorado’s congressional delegates to preserve the right of a secret ballot election to determine union representation. CACI President Chuck Berry sent letters on Monday to the seven representatives in the U.S. House, urging them oppose the so-called Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA--commonly referred to as "card check" legislatio--a measure that is expected to be introduced this year in Congress.
